Technical infrastructure of Tan Cang Thanh Hoa IP
Tan Cang Thanh Hoa Industrial Zones is planned with comprehensive technical infrastructure to meet the production needs of supporting-industry and high-tech enterprises.
Power supply
Power comes from an independent 110 kV substation inside the park with total capacity of 189 MVA (3 x 63 MVA). Medium- and low-voltage networks are built to the connection point of every industrial plot.
Water supply and wastewater treatment
Two water sources: an on-site plant with 11,000 m³/day and the adjacent existing Mien Trung Water Plant with 15,000 m³/day. Raw water is drawn from the Bac canal system, sourced from Bai Thuong reservoir.
Phase 1: wastewater plant No. 2 with 8,700 m³/day (2 modules of 4,500 and 4,200 m³/day). Whole park: 2 plants, 12,500 m³/day in total.
Transportation
External roads include Thai Binh Road (8 lanes, 54 m wide) and DT2 Road (6 lanes, 40 m wide). Inside the park, the main road has 6 lanes (37 m) and branch roads 4 lanes (29 m), suited to containers and heavy trucks.
Telecom and utilities
- Underground fibre optics throughout; 04 antenna stations, each covering 300 – 500 m
- 4.5 m³/s pumping station with retention lake against local flooding
- 0.99 ha parking lot with repair workshop
- 20 ha SNP Logistics Centre; fire protection to industrial-park standards; 24/7 security
