Job description
- Identify and approach investors from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong seeking to lease land or factories
- Host investor delegations, present the project and accompany them on site visits
- Negotiate and draft memoranda of understanding and land sub-lease agreements
- Take part in investment promotion conferences and exhibitions in Vietnam and abroad
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade or Chinese Language
- Fluent Chinese (HSK 5 or above); English is an advantage
- At least 02 years of experience in industrial real estate sales or FDI
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
